Well.... we found out Linleys "bump" is not a Hemangioma. After her visit to the Pediatric Derm. we found out its a major calcium deposit (can't spell much less say the medical term for it). SO....after very mixed emotions about the diagnosis and finding out this could have been taken care of a long time ago we have decided to visit the Pediatric Plastic Surgeon to remove it. As Emmi would say....its not to early for her first "procedure" LOL!!! J/K
I will keep you updated!

First Swim!
Sunday was hot and humid so we decided to venture out to have lunch and get Buggy a pool she can call her own. She loves water so we were hoping she would enjoy playing in a pool. No neighborhood pool for this little one just a nice lil blow up where she can play without all the crazy kids. We can't wait to get her in my parents pool when we visit next. :)
Mother's Day!
My mom came up to Dallas to celebrate Mother's Day with us and Oh what an experience we had! I booked a dinner at the Melting Pot in Addison only expecting a great atmosphere, we all loving trying new things. BUT....it was more than I expected! Great good, waiter, tastes etc. I am not that much of a choclate or dessert person but it was so DELICIOUS! We were there over 3 hours. :)
Happy Mother's Day to all my wonderful friends and family out there! It's a hard job but the most rewarding!
Ps. Thanks Tay for the picture...Love ya!

Dallas Arboretum
We had a great time visiting the Dallas Arboretum. It is such a beautiful place on a sunny Sunday morning! Evan and I had not ever been before and really was taken back at how wonderful the area was and how much they have to see. Buggy loved playing in the grass with her favorite toys and tons of children run up to her to say Hi because she was wavy at everyone. :) We will definitely have to visit again before we leave.

Menefee Baby #2
We are excited to announce that Baby Menefee #2 will be.............A BOY!!
Of course everyone had me convienced I was having another girl, but we are super excited to welcome a boy in our family. Evan was shocked at first but I know hoe much he wanted this. I only grew up with a sister so having a boy around will be a treat!
Pops (my dad) can't wait to show the little man all the ways of the sports life :) LOL!
So, currently I am 16 weeks and 4 days AND just found out another girl I teach with is preggo
(11 weeks) and my friend Nicole is preggo again too, she also has a little on at home. I talked to her yesterday and we both never expected to have our kiddos so close. It's going to be FUN!

Hemangioma
Most of you know that Linley has a Hemangioma on her forehead that appeared about a month after she was born. Many of you may not know because in all her pictures it's either covered or cropped out.
Her doctor isn't concerned about it but we have decided to let a Pediatric Dermatologist take a look and allow us to get a little more educated on what they really are and how we can help Linley.
The actual bump (thats what it looks like, most people think she fell and bumped her head) is not harmful to her or anyone else, as far as we know she dosen't even feel or notice it. These days I call it her Diva Horn. :)
But as her mother I don't even see it anymore.
I will keep everyone updated as we know.
